About these terms

These terms cover your use of buildernight.co and the Builder Night SMS and WhatsApp messaging services. Builder Night is operated by Songline, Inc., a California corporation (“we,” “us”). By using this site or our messaging services, you agree to these terms.

About Builder Night

Builder Night is a weekly in-person meetup in Santa Cruz, California, organized by Sol Lipman on behalf of Songline, Inc. The meetup is free to attend. This site and our messaging services exist to share information about the meetup with people who are interested.

Messaging

By texting our phone number or signing up for messages on buildernight.co, you agree to receive:

• Replies to your questions
• Event reminders and schedule updates
• Other information about Builder Night

Message frequency varies based on event cadence and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email sol@piefi.co.

We may use automated tools, including AI assistants, to respond to your messages. A human can always be reached at sol@piefi.co.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our messaging or this site to:

• Harass anyone
• Send spam
• Attempt to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Impersonate someone else
• Do anything illegal

We may decline to respond to or block messages from anyone who violates these terms.

No warranties

Builder Night meetups happen when scheduled, but we may cancel or reschedule any event without notice. The site and messaging services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songline, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our messaging services, or attendance at Builder Night events.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or messaging after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
